Refund and Returns Policy
It is your responsibility to check the items you have received against the delivery note sent with your order and let us know of any missing items within 24 hours of signing for delivery. Any items reported as missing after this time will result in you being responsible for the cost of redelivery and/or replacement items. So please check carefully and notify us of any omissions.
Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs) and Consumer Regulations Act
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a right to cancel your order within a 7 day cooling off period.
You also have the right to change your mind about your order under the Consumer Regulations Act, which stipulates that, for most products purchased online, you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund. These right start from the point you, or someone you nominate, receives the goods.
To exercise this right you need to contact us by phone (01444 672005) or email ([email protected]) advising us of your wish to change your mind. It is then your responsibility to arrange for the goods to be returned to us within 14 days of ending the contract.
If you are returning goods using your right to change your mind we will refund to you the price you paid for the goods excluding delivery costs. If you wish for us to arrange collection of the goods when you are responsible for the cost of return we will charge to you the direct cost of the collection.
We reserve the right to make deductions from the refund of the price (excluding delivery costs) if we believe the product has been damaged, or handled or in a way that would not be permitted by the manufacturers installation instructions.
As exercising your right to change your mind your refund will be made within 14 days of the goods being returned.
If you have received goods that are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the goods, for a full refund, or replacement.
Our returns and refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, we will not offer you a refund or exchange.
Your item/s must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition as you received it.
We require an Invoice or other proof of purchase.

Please provide the following with your returned products:
- Proof of Purchase
- Description of the Fault (if item is faulty)
- Return Name and Address
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. If you are returning faulty items the postage costs will be refunded to you if you provide us with a copy of the postage receipt. Once the returned items have been received by us, you will be refunded in full via your original payment method.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will result in a reduced refund amount.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, you will be refunded in full via your original payment method.
