Delivery

All goods are sold subject to availability.  We will notify you if your goods are not able to be despatched within a timely period.  In circumstances where goods are temporarily out of stock we will contact you so that you may choose between; a refund on the item, having it shipped when it is back in stock, or selecting an alternative product.

The delivery costs are shown depending on the shipping destination and the delivery service selected. Any delivery times quoted are estimates, based on availability and normal delivery time, in working days.

We offer Free UK Delivery on all our DIY and New Build Solar Kits.  This is a 2-3 working day service, and we will require your full delivery address and a UK contact number for the courier.

Our Free Delivery service excludes the Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, and the Scottish Highlands. Please ask for a quotation for delivery to these areas.  We are unable to deliver to Ireland, Northern Ireland, or anywhere outside of the UK.
 
The Free Delivery option uses an Articulated Lorry to deliver a pallet or pallets (depending on the size of your kit).  Deliveries that require a delivery vehicle smaller than an Articled Lorry will incur a delivery surcharge. Please ask for a quotation in this instance. In order to get a quotation for a smaller delivery vehicle, we will need to know your full delivery address and postcode, and the SKU of the kit you wish to purchase.
Please note, if you do not inform us that a smaller vehicle is required and/or are uncontactable on the delivery day resulting in the courier being unable to make the delivery you will be charged for a second delivery.

The majority of our products are delivered within 2-3 working days on receipt of payment.  We do not ship goods without receipt of payment.
